What he learned:
- Behavior on heists is never entirely serious.
- Accidentally seeing a girl half-dressed.
- Being a smooth operator.
- Able to woo all the women on the premise.
- THE OLD GRANNY WAS THE MOST CHALLENGING ONE.
- How to innadress someone.
- It was insanely hilarious and easiest way to get to his heist.
- Wooed women are very dangerous people since they actually prevented the menfolk from chasing after him.

What this means:
HAHAHA. Kaito learns that he is a smooth operator and his manipulation and charm stats just got a huge boost. Beyond this, Kaito's ego also gets a bit of a lift, which it's been needing and has been slowly growing as he gets his footing back in Sabra after the whole Worst Time Ever.

Lol, status as potential womanizer went up. Kaito will likely continue to call Kirk a bad influence.
